Steak and Shrimp Surf-and-Turf Dinner

Rub the steaks with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Let them rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
Cook the Steaks:
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your desired doneness.
Remove the steaks from the heat, cover with foil, and let them rest for 5 minutes to retain their juices.
Prepare the Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
Assemble the Dish:
Plate the steak and shrimp together, drizzling the garlic butter sauce over the shrimp.
Serve with mashed potatoes, asparagus, or rice for a complete meal.
