Steak and Seafood Skillet with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce

Season the steak with kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest while you prepare the other ingredients.
Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add the unsalted butter and the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 2 minutes per side.
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.
Sauté the Onions and Garlic:

In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Make the Sauce:

Pour in the broth, followed by the lemon juice and zest. Stir in the heavy whipping cream and Parmesan cheese. Let the sauce simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes.
Add the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts into the sauce.
Combine and Serve:

Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, tossing them in the creamy sauce to coat everything evenly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
Serve hot and enjoy your luxurious, flavor-packed meal!
