Sriracha Honey Salmon Bowls with Roasted Cauliflower

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, grated ginger, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using) to make the glaze.
2. Marinate the Salmon:
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish. Pour the sriracha honey glaze over the salmon and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.
3. Roast the Cauliflower:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the florets in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re tender and slightly crispy at the edges.
4. Cook the Salmon:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
5. Assemble the Bowls:
Divide the roasted cauliflower among bowls.
Top with the cooked salmon fillets. Drizzle with any remaining sriracha honey glaze for extra flavor.
