Spinach & Potatoes Recipe That Will Change Everything

Cook the Potatoes: Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain the water and mash the potatoes until smooth.

Fry the Spinach: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 4-5 minutes until it wilts and becomes tender.

Cook and Melt: Continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and the mixture to become creamy.
