Ingredients:
1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups almond flour (or regular flour for non-gluten-free)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
How to Make:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes.
