Spicy Honey Garlic Dipping Sauce: Sweet, Savory, and Spicy Perfection

Combine Ingredients – In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, sriracha sauce, chili flakes (if using), grated ginger (if using), and black pepper.

Simmer – Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir occasionally and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant and the sauce slightly thickens.

Adjust Consistency – If the sauce is too thick for your liking, add 1 tablespoon of water to reach the desired consistency. Stir well.

Cool and Serve – Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool slightly before serving. The sauce will thicken more as it cools.
