Spicy & Creamy Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta

Cook the Pasta – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season & Cook the Chicken – In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the diced chicken with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Sauté the Shrimp – In the same skillet, add the shrimp and sprinkle with the remaining 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce – Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, letting it melt into a smooth sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Combine Everything – Return the cooked chicken and shrimp to the skillet. Toss in the fettuccine pasta, stirring until well coated in the creamy Cajun sauce.
Serve & Enjoy – Garnish with extra Parmesan and chopped fresh parsley, then serve hot.
