Sophie’s Tuna Cake | Quick & Tasty Delight

In a large bowl, drain the tuna and flake it with a fork.

Crack the eggs into the same bowl and whisk them together with the tuna.

Gradually add the flour and mix until well combined, forming a thick batter.

Step 2: Form the Cakes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or butter.

Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into small cakes or patties. You can make them as big or small as you like, depending on your preference.

Step 3: Cook the Cakes
Place the cakes in the hot skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Flip them carefully using a spatula and cook the other side until browned and cooked through.

Step 4: Serve
Once cooked, remove the cakes from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

Serve the cakes hot, with a side salad, dipping sauce, or even a dollop of sour cream or yogurt.
