Soft Kinder Cookies

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream Butter & Sugars:

In a separate bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
Combine & Fold in Chocolate:

Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Fold in chopped Kinder chocolate and mini chocolate chips (if using).
Scoop & Bake:

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden but the centers remain soft.
Cool & Enjoy:

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.
Serve warm for the ultimate gooey chocolate experience!
