Soft & Chewy Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies – Quick & Easy Dessert!

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully incorporated.
Mix the Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Add the Chocolate Chips:

Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Form the Cookies:

Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, portion the dough into small balls, about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Slightly flatten each ball with your fingers to form a thick disk shape.
Preheat the Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
Cook the Cookies:

Place 3-4 cookie dough balls in the air fryer basket, ensuring they have enough space to spread out while cooking.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown, and the center is still slightly soft.
Cool and Serve:

Allow the cookies to cool in the air fryer basket for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
