Soft Bread with Condensed Milk

In a small bowl, mix warm milk and sugar, then sprinkle the yeast on top.

Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

Prepare the Dough:

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.

Add the yeast mixture, condensed milk, egg, and softened butter.

Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise:

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.

Shape the Bread:

Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls or a loaf.

Place in a greased baking pan and let it rise again for 30-45 minutes.

Bake:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Brush the top with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Finish with Condensed Milk:

While warm, brush the bread with condensed milk for a glossy, sweet finish.
