Smoky BBQ Bacon Melt

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of each slice of brioche bread.

Assemble the Sandwiches:
On two slices of bread (butter side down), stack the cheddar cheese, slow-smoked beef, and maple bacon. Drizzle barbecue sauce over the meat for that extra smoky kick.

Close and Grill:
Place the remaining slices of bread on top of the stacked fillings to close the sandwich. Grill the sandwiches in the skillet, pressing down lightly, until the bread is crispy and golden brown, and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Serve:
Once the cheese is perfectly melted and the bread is crisp, remove the sandwiches from the skillet. Slice and serve warm to enjoy the smoky, cheesy goodness!
