Whisk It Up: In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them well. Add in the chopped peppers, red onion, cooked bacon, grated cheese, salt, black peppercorns, and cayenne pepper. Mix until combined.
Prep the Tray: Line a small tin tray or silicone liner that fits in your air fryer. Lightly grease it if necessary.
Pour & Cook: Pour the egg mixture into the tray. Place it in the air fryer and cook at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and set in the center.
Serve: Let it cool for 1–2 minutes, then slice and serve warm!
