Slow Cooker Mississippi Ribeye Steaks with a Twist

Heat a skillet over high heat and sear each ribeye steak for 2-3 minutes per side. This step helps lock in the juices and adds a rich, caramelized crust.
Step 2: Assemble the Slow Cooker

Place the seared steaks in a single layer inside your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus seasoning evenly over the steaks.
Add the pepperoncini peppers on top. For extra flavor, pour in ½ cup of pepperoncini juice (optional).
Lay the butter slices over the steaks, allowing them to melt into the meat as it cooks.
Step 3: Slow Cook to Perfection

Cover the slow cooker and set to LOW for 5-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
The steaks are done when they are tender and infused with all the rich flavors.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy

Carefully remove the steaks from the slow cooker.
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or buttered noodles.
Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
