Slow Cooker Beef Brisket with BBQ Sauce

In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket, making sure to coat it evenly.
Step 2: Sear the Brisket
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the brisket on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Transfer the seared brisket to the slow cooker.
Step 3: Set Up the Slow Cooker
Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the slow cooker, placing them around the brisket.
Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the brisket.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the brisket is tender and easily shreds.
Step 4: Slice and Serve
Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
In a separate bowl, mix BBQ sauce with some of the cooking juices from the slow cooker to create a flavorful glaze.
Brush the BBQ sauce mixture over the sliced brisket before serving.
