Slow-Cooked BBQ Pulled Chicken


Rub the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.

Slow Cook or Bake:

Slow Cooker: Place the chicken in a slow cooker, cover with the BBQ sauce mixture, and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

Oven: If baking, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, basting with BBQ sauce halfway through the cooking time.
