Sizzling Mixed Grill Platter with Crispy Fries: A Feast for the Senses

Peel and slice the potatoes into thin fries or wedges.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the fries in olive oil, salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Marinate the Meats:

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, mixed herbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this marinade onto the chicken breasts, steaks, and sausages. Let them sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Grill the Meats:

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side (depending on thickness), until fully cooked.
Grill the steaks to your preferred level of doneness (about 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare).
Grill the sausages, turning them frequently, for about 8–10 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
Assemble the Platter:

Once all the meats are cooked, arrange them on a large serving platter. Add a generous portion of crispy fries to one side of the platter.
Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a refreshing touch.
