Sizzle & Cream: Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Parmesan Pasta

Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

Sear the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through (5–7 minutes). Add butter and garlic; sauté for another minute until fragrant. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan. Let it simmer gently until thickened (3–5 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Combine: Add drained pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water into the sauce, stirring to coat evenly. Top with garlic butter chicken bites.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
