Simple Vegan Mug Pie Recipe (No White Flour, No Sugar!)

Grease a microwave-safe mug with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.

Fill the Mug:

Pour the batter into the prepared mug, filling it only halfway, as the pie will rise a little while cooking.

Microwave:

Microwave on high for about 2-3 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cooking times may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave, so check after 2 minutes and continue to cook in 30-second intervals if needed.

Serve:

Let the mug pie cool slightly before serving. Enjoy it as is, or top with some vegan whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
