Simple Muffins – A Quick and Easy Recipe

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with oil.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until smooth.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, and essence of your choice to the egg-sugar mixture, and mix well.
Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Step 5: Fill the Muffin Tin
Spoon the muffin batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Step 6: Bake
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Step 7: Cool and Serve
Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
