Whisk the Eggs: In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer until they become light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the Sugar: Gradually add the sugar to the eggs while continuing to beat the mixture until it becomes smooth and well-combined.
Fold in the Flour: Sift the flour into the mixture and gently fold it in using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate the eggs.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
