Shrimp & Crab Pasta with Creamy Cajun Sauce

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the diced bell peppers and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the peppers soften.

Make the Cajun Cream Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, stirring as the sauce thickens. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve: Add the cooked pasta, shrimp, and crab meat to the skillet. Toss everything to coat in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
