Seafood Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Sauté Garlic and Onion:
Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and diced onion. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant and the onion is soft.

Season the Sauce:
Stir in the Old Bay seasoning, lemon pepper, oregano, and paprika. Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the spices to bloom and infuse the butter.

Simmer:
Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for another 5-10 minutes to meld the flavors. Stir occasionally to ensure the sauce doesn’t burn.

Serve:
Remove from heat and transfer the sauce into a small dipping bowl. Serve hot alongside your favorite seafood dish.
