Scramble the Eggs:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Pour the eggs into the pan with the veggies and gently stir until fully cooked (about 2-3 minutes).
Add Cheese & Seasonings:
Sprinkle feta cheese over the eggs and mix gently until the cheese begins to melt.
Add chili flakes for an optional spicy kick.
Plate & Serve:
Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate and serve with a side of Greek yogurt for extra protein and creaminess.
