In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
Pour in eggs and gently stir until soft and creamy, about 3 minutes.
Sauté the Mushrooms:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add sliced mushrooms, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Sauté for 5 minutes until mushrooms are golden and tender.
Steam the Broccoli:

In a small pot, steam broccoli with a splash of water for 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice (optional).
Assemble & Serve:

Plate the scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms, and steamed broccoli.
Add avocado slices and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
