Cook the Chicken:

Thicken the Sauce (Optional):
Pour the teriyaki sauce into the skillet and bring it to a simmer. If desired, mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir into the sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
Assemble the Bowl:
Spoon steamed rice into bowls. Add steamed broccoli to one side, then top with sliced chicken. Drizzle the warm teriyaki sauce over the chicken and rice. Add a scoop of guacamole and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
