Savory Shrimp and Sausage Foil Packets: A Flavorful One-Pan Meal

Preheat the Grill or Oven – If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). If baking, preheat the oven to 400°F.
Prepare the Foil Packets – Tear four large sheets of aluminum foil (about 12×12 inches each). Lightly grease the foil with cooking spray or olive oil.
Season the Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, bell peppers, red onion, garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
Assemble the Packets – Divide the mixture evenly among the four foil sheets. Add two pieces of corn to each packet and top with a small cube of butter.
Seal the Packets – Fold the foil over the ingredients and crimp the edges tightly to create a sealed packet.
Cook the Foil Packets:
On the Grill: Place packets on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In the Oven: Place packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Serve & Enjoy – Carefully open the packets (watch out for steam!), sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
