1/4 cup cooked sausage or ground meat (optional)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional, for added flavor)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (or mixed herbs)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Fresh herbs (like basil, parsley, or thyme) for garnish (optional)
How to Make:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface until it’s smooth and slightly thinner. Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles, depending on the size you prefer for your servings.
In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian herbs. Add the cooked spinach (and sausage or ground meat, if using) and stir everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
