1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 cup raisins or sultanas (optional, for a sweet touch)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg (for binding)
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Pastry:
