2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch

For the Sauce:

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

½ tsp sugar

¼ cup beef broth

For the Stir-Fry:
8 oz lo mein noodles (or substitute with spaghetti)

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 small onion, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

½ cup carrots, julienned

½ red bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated ginger
