Prepare the Crackers:
Lay out the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Add the Ham and Cheese:
Place a slice of deli ham on top of each cracker. Follow with a slice of Swiss cheese.
Season and Brush with Butter:
If you like a bit of tang, spread a small dab of Dijon mustard on top of each slice of ham before adding the cheese.
