Preheat oven – Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a muffin tin with vegetable oil.
Prepare the bread cups – Flatten each bread slice slightly and press it into the greased muffin tin to form a cup shape.
Layer the fillings – Place a slice of ham inside each bread cup, followed by a slice of cheese.
Add the eggs – Crack an egg into each muffin cup, on top of the cheese and ham. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
Top with cheese – Evenly distribute the grated cheese over the top of each egg.
Bake – Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny (or longer if you prefer firm yolks).
Serve and enjoy – Carefully remove from the muffin tin and serve warm!
