Savory Feta Spinach and Sweet Red Pepper Muffins

Introduction:
These savory muffins are a perfect balance of flavors, combining the creamy tang of feta cheese, the earthy taste of spinach, and the sweetness of red pepper. Ingredients:
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour (you can substitute partly with whole wheat flour for a heartier texture)

¼ cup sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon paprika

¾ teaspoon salt

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup spinach, chopped

1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped

2 large eggs

1 cup milk

⅓ cup olive oil or melted butter

1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
