Sautéed Chicken with Vegetables

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Cook the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the bell peppers, onion, spinach, and garlic for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened. Once done, place the sautéed vegetables over the cooked chicken.

Cook the Zucchini & Broccoli: In a separate pan, lightly sauté the zucchini slices with a pinch of salt for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli florets for about 4-5 minutes until tender.

Serve & Enjoy: Plate the chicken with the sautéed vegetables on top. Serve with the zucchini and steamed broccoli on the side. Enjoy your healthy and delicious meal!
