Sausage Muffins with Bisquick – Savory and Simple Breakfast Delight

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line it with paper muffin liners.
Step 2: Cook the Sausage

In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
Drain any excess fat from the sausage and set it aside to cool slightly.
Step 3: Mix the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Bisquick, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
Stir in the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined. The batter will be thick.
Step 4: Fill the Muffin Tin

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
If desired, sprinkle a little extra cheese on top for added flavor and a cheesy finish.
Step 5: Bake the Muffins

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool slightly before serving.
