Sausage Muffins with Bisquick: A Quick and Delicious Breakfast Treat

Brown the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat after cooking.

Prepare the Muffin Batter:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick Baking Mix until well combined.

Stir in the cooked sausage.

Prepare Muffin Tin:

Grease 12 cups in a muffin pan to prevent sticking.

Fill Muffin Cups:

Fill each muffin cup about ¾ of the way to the top with the batter.

Bake:

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
