Remove the foil, stir everything, and bake uncovered for another 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
Step 4: Add Cheese (Optional) and Serve
If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
