Sausage, Egg, and Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Step 2: Cook the Sausage
In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Once browned and fully cooked, drain any excess grease and set the sausage aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Step 4: Assemble the Casserole
Spread the thawed hashbrowns evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Layer the cooked sausage on top of the hashbrowns.
Pour the egg and cream cheese mixture over the sausage and hashbrowns.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top of the casserole.
Step 5: Bake
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden and bubbly.
Step 6: Cool and Serve
Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving. Slice into squares and serve warm.
