Stir in minced garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, basil, and smoked paprika. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir well, then season with salt and black pepper.
Return the sausages to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce.
Cover and let simmer for 10–15 minutes until the sausages are fully cooked and flavors meld together.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
