Salted Caramel Dulce de Leche Cookie Cups

Bake the cookie cups in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. While the cookies are still warm, use the back of a small spoon to press down the center to create a deeper well for the filling. Allow them to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Prepare the Filling:

While the cookies cool, mix the dulce de leche and salted caramel sauce in a small bowl until smooth.

Fill the Cookie Cups:

Once the cookie cups have cooled completely, spoon about 1-2 teaspoons of the caramel-dulce de leche mixture into the center of each cookie cup.

Top with Sea Salt:

Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie cup to enhance the sweet and salty flavor combination.

Serve:

Allow the filled cookie cups to set for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
