Salmon Patties Recipe

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, lemon juice, parsley (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Shape the Patties: Shape the mixture into patties, about 6-8 depending on your preferred size. Press gently to form each patty.

Cook the Patties: Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through. Be sure to flip carefully to maintain the patty’s shape.

Serve: Serve hot with a fresh salad, dipping sauce, or your choice of side dishes. These patties can also be enjoyed cold for a quick snack.
