Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Mix the Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, Bisquick baking mix, and shredded cheddar cheese. Use your hands or a spoon to mix everything together until well combined. The mixture will be thick.

Form the Balls:
Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the sausage mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each ball.

Bake:
Bake the sausage balls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. You can check for doneness by cutting one open to make sure it’s no longer pink in the center.

Serve:
Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
