Roasted Pears with Blue Cheese, Honey, and Herbs – A Sweet & Savory Delight!

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare the Pears:

Cut the pears in half and gently remove the core using a spoon, leaving a small cavity for the filling.

Arrange the pear halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.

Season and Fill the Pears:

Drizzle the pears with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Place a slice of blue cheese in the cavity of each pear half.

Add the Honey and Herbs:

Drizzle honey over the pears and sprinkle with crushed walnuts (if using) and freshly chopped rosemary or thyme.
