Rich Banana Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

2. Prepare Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly. Once cooled, whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

3. Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir to evenly distribute the baking soda and salt.

4. Add Bananas:
Mash the ripe bananas in a small bowl. Then, add the mashed bananas to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

5. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as that can affect the texture of the bread.

6. Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick or cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top is browning too quickly, cover the loaf loosely with aluminum foil.

7. Cool and Serve:
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
