Restaurant-Style Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Use kitchen shears to cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base. Gently pull the lobster meat up and over the shell, leaving it attached at the base.

Make the Garlic Butter:
In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Butter the Lobster:
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter generously over the exposed meat, making sure it’s fully coated.

Bake:
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat turns opaque and is cooked through. For a lightly charred finish, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve:
Serve immediately with extra garlic butter and lemon wedges on the side.
