Red Snapper, Shrimp & Grits with a Cajun Cream Sauce

In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Stir in the grits and reduce heat to low.
Cook according to package instructions, then stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese. Set aside and keep warm.
Step 2: Season the Seafood
Season the red snapper fillets and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
Step 3: Cook the Red Snapper and Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the red snapper fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove the snapper from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the snapper.
Step 4: Make the Cajun Cream Sauce
In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
Step 5: Assemble and Serve
Spoon the creamy grits onto each plate.
Top with red snapper fillets and shrimp.
Drizzle the Cajun cream sauce over the seafood and garnish with fresh parsley.
