Ravioli with Tomatoes, Asparagus, Garlic, and Herbs – A Fresh and Flavorful Dish

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
While the ravioli cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the asparagus and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until they start to soften.
Add the cherry tomatoes and garlic to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes begin to soften and release their juices.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Step 4: Combine
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat with the vegetable mixture and sauce.
Stir in the fresh basil, parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing everything together until the cheese melts and the herbs are well distributed.
Step 5: Serve
Plate the ravioli mixture and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
