Quick Tea-Time Cake (Ready in 5 Minutes)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Cake Batter:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until they become light and fluffy.

Add the milk and vegetable oil to the mixture and stir well to combine.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and vanillin (or vanilla extract). Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until smooth and lump-free.

For the chocolate part: In a small bowl, mix the cocoa powder with 2 tablespoons of water to form a smooth paste. Then, fold this cocoa paste into half of the batter to create a chocolate swirl effect.

Prepare the Mold:

Grease a round or square cake pan with butter to prevent sticking.

Bake the Cake:

Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan. If you’d like, you can swirl the chocolate and vanilla batters together with a knife for a marbled effect.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Serve:

Allow the cake to cool slightly before slicing and serving with your favorite tea. Enjoy this quick and easy treat!
