Add flax seeds, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt. Blend again to mix.
Pour in milk and eggs. Blend until you have a smooth, thick batter.
2. Prepare the Jar
Lightly grease a microwave-safe jar with butter or oil.
Pour the batter into the jar, filling it about ¾ full (to leave room for rising).
3. Cook the Bread
Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, checking after 1 minute.
The bread is done when it feels firm to the touch and pulls away slightly from the jar’s sides.
4. Serve & Enjoy
Let it cool slightly, then slice or eat directly from the jar.
Serve with butter, cream cheese, avocado, or nut butter.
