Quick and Easy Strawberry Tiramisu

In a large mixing bowl, combine the curd, mascarpone, and quark. Add the vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and lemon juice if using. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Ladyfingers:

Quickly dip the ladyfingers into a small bowl of water or a light syrup, ensuring they’re moist but not soggy. Lay the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish or individual cups.

Layer the Tiramisu:

Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the soaked ladyfingers. Follow with a layer of fresh sliced strawberries.

Repeat Layers:

Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers, followed by the remaining cream mixture and another layer of strawberries.

Chill:

Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 1-2 hours (or up to overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to firm up.

Serve:

Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder if desired. Garnish with extra fresh strawberries or mint leaves for a finishing touch.
